This includes planning and controlling production, implementing customer orders, cost accounting, calculation, financial accounting, invoicing and dunning, sales and shipping, and operational accounting.
Depending on their specific areas of responsibility, industrial clerks negotiate with customers, banks, advertising specialists, representatives of public authorities or wholesalers and retailers.
