Training: Metal worker in the field of construction technology<\/h1>\n

Construction mechanics are responsible for the manufacture, conversion or maintenance of constructions made of steel or metal which are required in shipbuilding, plant construction, lift construction, equipment construction, container construction, bodywork construction or bridge construction.<\/p>\n

Duration of training<\/strong>
3\u00bd years
Shortening possible depending on previous school education (e.g. 1 year BGJ in industrial or craft metal trades).<\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
We mainly recruit trainees with an intermediate school leaving certificate or a secondary school leaving certificate with a subsequent school education in industrial or manual metalworking professions.<\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Vocational school<\/strong>
1-2 times a week, depending on the duration of the training.
